The 10.5kV power plant is formed by 22×500kw gas engine & CHPs operating in parallel, driven by engine G12V190ZLT, coupled with Siemens alternators, Heinzmann governing actuator & ComAp IG-NT Control module, synchronized with mains grid & export energy.

The gas engine generators plant, located in Tehran, with capacity of 4MW, composed by 8×500kw running in parallel, driven by engines of 12V190ZLT (1000RPM), Siemens alternator, globally recognized gas control systems of Woodward, Motortech and altronic. Remote SCADA System is backed up by ComAp IG-NT. The plant main purpose is synchronized with mains grid.

Typical WtE Project, the fuel is pig-farm-biogas. 3×560kW MAN biogas CHPs for distribution energy system for buildings, modular containerized design. Two Sites Projects for supply emergency power energy to TELECOM station, 2.4MW (3MVA) and 1.8MW (2250MVA) diesel power generator in open skid mounted type (50Hz, 6.3KV), driven by America made Cummins engines of QSK60-G4 & QSK78 coupled with Stamford AVK alternators, SCADA remote control system is backed up by control module of DSE7320 via RS485 & GPS.

The diesel engine gensets are for industry Manufacturing Factory located in Melbourne, two 1360Kw/1700kVa container generators working in parallel, driven by Cummins engines of KTA50-G4 coupled with Leroy Somer PMG Alternators, soundproof level is 75dBa at 1 meter, with 24 hours external fuel tanks, switchgear & control system is DSE8610 with ATS Functions.

WtE Project, the government sponsored sewage gas cogeneration plant, biogas fuel from waste water treatment, are composed by 3×500kw generator CHP (heat recovery to generate hot water), driven by engines of G12V190ZLT, the plant main purpose is synchronized with mains grid and export energy, which produce electricity & heat simultaneously.

A typical of WtE project, this APG gas generator plant is sponsored by CNPC, formed by 14×1MW gas engines & CHPs working in parallel. The electric efficiency 38.5%, heat efficiency 42.6% and total effic. reaches 81.1%. The CHP can generate electricity while heat is for plant internal use. The machine is with IP56 Protections and SCADA control & monitor system.
